My interest in becoming a therapist came over 20 years ago, after many months of personal counselling, when numerous life events utterly overwhelmed me and left me struggling to make my way through each day.  During the therapy I gained an immeasurable amount of insight into who and how I am in the world.

Louise was great!  From our first session when we started to get to know each other, she set expectations, explained the journey and that we would go on, and set the tone for our future sessions.  She is very skilled at what she does, supportive and challenging, so that together we started to unravel my feelings, emotions and behaviours.
