If you wish to contact me, we can arrange a mutually convenient time for an initial 50 minute session.  At this session I can answer any questions you may have and talk through your needs and concerns.  This initial appointment is for us both to have the space and time to decide if I am the right person to work with you, and if not, any other professionals who may be able to offer you more appropriate support.

I have a great deal of experience working with clients who have suffered with anxiety, family issues, relationship issues and depression, retirement and redundancy and bereavement.  I have a particularly interest in Narcissistic parent and the effects this has on a persons adult life and relationships.

I offer weekly, daytime or evening 50 minute appointments at £50 per session.  You may pay by cash or bank transfer.
